So how do you blog? As a new and learning blogger, here are some top tips that have made an impression on me so far.
- Don’t worry about your voice. Just write and it will come. Hat tip to Giles’s Notes for inspiration.
- Blog on what you’re passionate about, to keep the experience a pleasure and not a chore. Please see the Venn diagram above.
- Use (attractive, copyright-free) images. Um, yes, please see the Venn diagram above. It was created using Canva, a free online graphic design tool.
- Numbered lists are one good format. (I promise not every post will be a numbered list.)
- Share useful content that’s worth the reader’s time. This will be goal #1 of this blog.
